It’s a beautiful property but I don’t know some of the light fixtures and finishes I didn’t like in the house for $24 million dollars it was probably an older couples property. You didn’t see any TVs. Nothing late very modern
For 24 million I am unimpressed. Darren has shown much better homes on this channel that cost 10 – 11 million. Good video though.
That is a very comfortable house, a real family home. I would move in tomorrow if I could! The outdoor space is amazing.

The word I could think of when I first saw the house is the word "huge" I know that driveway in itself is long but I can understand now why…I can see u can host a lot of events in this property and I also think a family with kids will be a good fit in this home.
Loving all the powder rooms and spaciousness of bathrooms and that backyard by the pool Also speak highly to me..
The Movie room was Also nice, Gym, Just that Entertainment Space was all great.
Master bedroom with that Master shower and bath was Another highlight nothing you could say in there that it never leaves you in Awe..

Honestly I love the outdoor spaces patios rooftop garden pool etc. There is plenty different outdoor vibes to choose from that not many homes have!
The guest home ceiling could’ve been brought up higher to make it an actual gym! Idk why they always have small gyms inside their homes for a house this size knowing it makes better sense for the guest home to be the gym!
The Garage I wished it took up the entire front flat space instead of splitting it and made a wrap around walk/stairway to the front door instead!
The rest probably some different interior design but the design is homely!

Awesome garage setup
Great tour and very nice property!
Not impressed at all. A building of Squares…back yard is the worst with home seeming so flat, only one rain shower head, only one terrace, the bathrooms all look alike, borrowing entrance to the home/no drama and if those are old Railroad ties in the backyard they would eventually have to be removed because of termites!! This build needs design help!!
