Omg! It is where Vlad lived before he was a vampire. He had a wife and wanted to start a family. She was into gardening hence the big garden area. She wanted the challenge of growing a cowplant. Wife was eaten by the cowplant and DIED before they could ever start a family which is why the nursery is completely unused. Vlad then couldn’t stand to live in the house by himself with all the furniture they picked out together. So he moved and left it all behind and started over but didn’t want to go far so moved into his other mansion. He became a vampire so nothing could ever happen to him and he could make sure that cowplants never grew in the town again.

The original was my first build, and I've learned so much since then.
my first thought was that it looks like Disneyland Paris' Phantom Manor which is really cool!

You should make a house Only using the most expensive item/furniture from each category. Like the most expensive fridge, most expensive kids toys etc.
This one is super cool; I love the story behind it. You could even make up an entirely different story with this build if you really wanted to.

I made a gothic tiny house mansion on this lot for my vampire sim! She’s currently pregnant with Vladdy daddy’s baby!

The previous owners died from various causes. The baby got adopted by a loving family in Oasis Spring.
If you have the time and feel like doing it, you could renovate Vlad's renovated house. There are a few mistakes left in your version and I'm sure you would do some things differently today. 🙂
Build idea/ challenge: make the vampire world a vacation world. Make Vlads house into a museum, for some reason I imagine a karaoke bar / lounge… I don’t use this world at ALL so making it a destination would be awesome!
The werewolfs are a big spell gone wrong to off the vampires, so it has sense that their world is friendlier.
You didn't build a haunted house in the sims, you did ACTUALLY built a haunted house in the sims FOUR…seriously, this is ridiculous, is it EA that's forcing you to casually forget the number in order to, maybe, make people forget that previous generations exist?

I would like to imagine that the baby grew up, went to college and got married and had a happy life. His parents though, they got eaten by a cow plant. So RIP. maybe also he could buy the house and try to fix it up and renovate it to live with his new wife and toddler/baby on the way. His parents turn from bad haunting ghosts, to nice happy ghosts who are so happy to have their son live with them again and NOW their grandchild(ren) too!!! 🤍🤍
Vampires build mode stuff really saved that pack for me, i use items from it in almost every build

I would love to see you build a one story house! I always play and build on the biggest lot in Brindleton bay because I love the private beach 🤣 And I always struggle to make a fairly open house with several bedrooms and bathrooms and only one story so it would be amazing to see how you would build something similar!

I know everyone tells you this Kayla, but you really don't need to limit your packs with YOUR builds! If you want to, do it we don't mind but we love seeing your creativity. It's nice having a few basegame or 1 pack homes every now and then but we love to see when you use all of the packs. Your houses are so much more YOU if that makes sense!
