Designed by Rafael Vinoly, this extraordinary 96 story tower rises 1,396 feet and redefines the Manhattan skyline. All windows measure an expansive 10 feet by 10 feet, flooding residences with abundant natural light and spectacular views of Central Park, the Hudson and East Rivers, Atlantic Ocean, and many iconic Manhattan buildings and avenues.

The interiors of the residences, designed by celebrated architect Deborah Berke, epitomize elegance and sophistication. 1. I usually get nauseous watching these kinds of tour videos but I never feel like that with the videos on this channel. The way the videos are edited prevent me from getting motion sickness.
Also, this place is amazing. I love the Japanese style of the apartment.

  2. 135 k LOLOL Ahahahahahahabahahahahahahahahahahah if they made a false FLAG on new your and more YOU WILL buy, because they fabricated your ILLUSION trough crap monkeys business and repetition, THEY are vocational training talented people Ahahahahahahabahahahahahahahahahahah Ahahahahahahabahahahahahahahahahahah they even give a lot of nobels and Oscars to themselves over and over its their playgrounds scripted entertainment LOLOL.

  3. I don’t know but you guys showing the unit during night time, felt nostalgic..hmmm.. really looks familiar. Each design you see just takes you to a journey and gives you some kind of a vision of serenity and loneliness (in a deeper meaning not the “sad” meaning), Anyway, no words can describe this place but makes you feel one and grounded.

  4. $135M? Sounds like you'd be wasting $125M on this unit. Shouldnt be worth more than $10m. You could do so much more with $135M besides buying this disappointment of a unit.

  5. 135 mil ??? There is so many better apartments around this area for the half of the price

  6. NO !!! . To much expensive , a very simple and neutral design and collors , 135 millions , No Way , it's a madness Price , i preffer 10 millions cost for that . Sorry .

  7. I don't care HOW fancy the apartments are, im not living in a building shaped like a match stick.

  8. nowadays you can buy a whole building 20k sq meters in front of the Kremlin for same price)

  9. This is so beautiful house but well I think if someone considers this their home, they might be a maximalist who loves glam. This house is serine and clean but..hm honestly.. I wouldn't decorate simple way for my 135million dollars house.

  10. Lo que me sorprende son los baños tan cutre. No tienen los váter empotrados 🤔 A parte de esto me parece muy frío y el diseño de la cocina no pega con el diseño Zen del resto del apartamento.

  11. I'm guessing it's still on the market. No way someone's going to spend that type of money for this
