    And people give me crap when I say your miss leading… “my portion 200k” less than half of what you put in the title couldn’t help but notice those red woods that you didn’t install lmao.. break down the materials and labor cost please how many of those guys you pay cash? How many on payroll? How many covered under comp? I’m just a dumb grass cutter who’s done 220k in 6months. Bet my profit margin is better than yours. However congratulate you on your new place, you still renting or finally buy?

    I understand the $450K price tag, you probably spent $35K-$40K on pavers alone. It would be cool to have you go live during planning or problems solving on some of these larger jobs. Just so we could understand you and your teams thought process.
