I'm so glad to see whole kits like these available! I just installed permanent Christmas lights on my house last year going the DIY route and it almost cost me as much as these Govee lights. Having the Govee quality and support makes this worth it for sure!
As some of the comments on their site say, it would be nice if they sold the extension cables separately. If I used these for my house, I'd need about 30' of extension – which I could do with DIY, but maybe not possible with this kit. I've got some family and friends this would probably be great for though.

Great video! Can't find this answer on the website. Are these RGBWW? In other words, do these have a warm white or cool white led? Or do these mix all the RGB together to mimic white?
Do they have plain length of electrical line in case you need to make a jump from peak to peak without lights?
Where do you live? I'm concerned about the -4 degrees limit, but Govee told me that's just the control box so if I can get that inside, I should be ok. Is the control box attached at the end of the string of lights?

Can you cut them if their to long
drop of glue every now and then , 1 in middle of ribbon between lights and on each side of every light should take care of ribbon problem. Also tape the actual led with painters tape and spray paint to match your soffit then remove tape so they don't stick out as much

JellyFish lighting is much nicer. No cords showing, all of the wiring is ran through the attic, each LED is mounted inside of a custom cut rail. Spend the extra money and make it nice. The cords make the install look terrible.

Apparently you have never heard of paint or adhesive tape. Flat cable NEEDS TO BE SUPPORTED so how about using your head instead of complaining about gravity?
