We have an awesome video for you today, this yard has been wayyy over due for a cleanup. The previous owner had to move out due to worsening alzheimer’s and a family member told us unfortunately he has since passed away. The son now owns the property and we will be helping him to get this thing back into shape so it can be put on the market and into the hands of someone who can live on and enjoy it. The lot is quite big, grass is super tall in the front and outrageous in the back. Todays video will cover the front yard since it literally took us an entire day due to the massive amount of tree removal and next week we will hit the monster in the back. You guys are really gonna enjoy this one, my friend Joe came to help because the boys are in school and we were super sore after this one. It is amazing to me the amount of work that you and your friend did on this one! What a great job! Sorry to hear about the homeowner though, that is a terrible illness for anyone to endure.
The mowing portion is the most boring of the lawn clean ups (not referring to this video specifically). But if you could speed up the mowing portion so we still see it but then allowing more time for the other stuff like trimming trees and edging and such I think that would be a great plus.
Too much yard for that house, I would take that into consideration if I was Looking for a place . Alot of responsibilitie.
