Nice start. I wouldn't have painted it, personally. Also, you have to wonder if those fish will survive with all of that spray paint. Still, it's a nice concept.
Целофан от солнца порвётся и будет болтаться на ветру, рыбка погибнет, так как не нейтрализовали щёлочь, выделяемую цементом. Если уж повторяете что то за кем то, то вникайте в нюансы.

Полиэтиленовые пакеты надо было обжечь чтобы внутреннюю стенку скрепить с кладкой камня.

Did I miss it? Where is the water filter system? Won’t the water go stale and bacteria spread?
Except concrete off gassing is poisonous to fish. 😔 And the water is so shallow, they will cook. But subs and likes are very important. 😠
