Filipino Sunday Brunch With Calamansi Harvest | Filipino sausage we call “longganisa” which is a typical breakfast dish growing up, eggs cooked sunny side up, fried eggplant, boiled okra, rice and coffee. For the dipping sauce, I used calamansi harvested from the backyard garden and soy sauce. The flowers were also picked from the garden.
