When will you protect your mangoes? I planted a seedling I grew this March and it did great throughout the summer but wandering when and if to cover it when it gets cold.
Have a Happy Thanksgiving and thank you for the tour.
I would love to see a video of you're feeding techniques, including if have a different strategy for potted vs in-ground. I'm still pretty new and like to see the techniques from people who are successful.
How big is the mission fig container?
Wow. You have an amazing collection of tropical fruit trees. I applaud your dedication and hard work, especially protecting them from extreme cold and heat.
You should prune all that growth that Drupes down on the atemoya, it’ll help the tree.
Great garden and a great tour.
Do you mulch around your fruit trees. Here in Newcastle Australia we get some very hot and dry summers sometimes ( not recent years though, very wet ). Anyway to keep moisture in the soil I always mulch around trees and veges with a few inches of sugar cane mulch purchased from our local hardware stores. This eventually breaks down to add organic matter to soil.
