Maybe the owner cannot find people to work for him because he is not offering a living wage. His disparagement of "American workers" is discouraging for anyone who might want to work for him. Attitudes come through, so he is displaying his poor opinion of workers whether he realizes it or not.

This is just amazing. Thank you for all you do. Maybe you have given this man a reason to realize not all Americans are not lazy. I know from a business stand point it may seem like that. It can be hard to find good help. When you do treat them well and they will stay. In my experience because I always went above and beyond I was taken advantage of by some of my employers. So it does go both ways.
