I found this series (old Victorian) at the stage where the real estate agents were doing the final assessment and was shocked to discover that Sarah BARELY broke even. Now I see why. It was her university.
Sarah’s comment on the pool is what friends said about buying a pool table 😂 I swear I’m not kidding!!! They said “keep tabs on my kids” specifically

Researching the participants in this episode, I was terribly saddened to learn that Terrance (Terry) Ryan, the talented landscape designer responsible for that stunning back yard, died in 2016 after a three-month illness. He was 50.
Heartbreaking.
I love Sarah’s interior designs, but bright blue for the interior of the pool! No! perhaps leave landscaping to the experts. Would she allow a landscaper to design her kitchen, I think not.
None of this budget seems realistic especially if you add in furniture costs.

I'm thrilled that the two mature trees were not slaughtered. The pool is a gleaming gem, so inviting and delicious. The cedars and other "plant material" (plants) make for lovely landscaping.
