    I was up this morning looking up bank closures since 2000. I remember the long lines at IndyMac when people took out money and I had a WaMu account at one time. I found some interesting online articles regarding the history of bank closures. One focused on IndyMac's histroy including the long lines during that time and what led to those events.

    Those are California Taco Bell prices, Dan. You can still fill up in Oregon Taco Bells for about $7 or $8 a person. Those are up though, from $5 or $6 a person.

    Not more than 2 wks. ago a big shot in the Banking Industry announced publically that we're not in a recession. He said we're going into a bad Depression. He heads up the banking in all of America. Things are not going to get better soon, if at all.

    In my city ( Sioux Falls SD )
    The city decided to to a major property tax hike at the top of the market in 2021 when real estate was at its peak. They based it on that, now they’re going down but not our taxes. But.. my point is this drives up rent, hence as a landlord you have to raise rent. The bad guys here are the city, they’re the ones ultimately getting the money not the landlord. 36% tax increase. It’s theft!

    I’m just a poor person who is surviving on $1700 a month ONLY BECAUSE I LIVE WITH MY YOUNGEST DAUGHTER AND HER HUSBAND 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼❤️!

    I’m 76 years young. I was married 42 years to a Narcissistic man. I was sincerely in love with him and thought for sure there was just one more thing I could do to make him change!!!
    However, I was SADLY WRONG 😱! I had to leave my husband and my beautiful home in Florida and everything I owned because he became violently abusive.

    So when the police showed up I was told to leave and not come back for a few days. I knew this was curtain time for me and time to flee for my life and NEVER GO BACK😫😢!

    I’ve been gone 5 years now, divorced him and never looked back.
    He lied and cheated about his comfortable income so he DIDNT have to pay me much alimony 👹!

    Anyway I just wanted you to know I watch your interesting videos mainly for the gorgeous places you have in your videos. I’m in San Diego, and don’t get out much to the coastal areas here. The beautiful scenes you share in New Port Beach are pure therapy for me to look at🥰. Thank you for sharing all those beautiful places and the information that is so apropos for the sad and treacherous times we are ALL enduring in one way or another👿
