They probably had trouble with the septic tank before, kitchen grease is notorious for slowing down drain fields. Houses used to have grease traps,separate system for kitchen, tank has baffles in it which separates water from congealed grease and is pumped out every few years. Almost all restaurants have a grease trap, required by law to keep grease out of municipalities waste water treatment facilities.
When (o-BUM-a) took our Coal Mines.. They Thought They knew what they were doing in these here mountains.. started trying to make all these new roadways and have made nothing but a mess out of most all these creeks & hollers.. and with all the flooding we have now.. it has taking thousands of homes & hundreds of lives away from our people and the families here in.eastern, Ky.! ..🤝🏼💯
I saw or read a comment that you planned to fix this place up and flip it, then move further south. Is that still your plan? Also, what type of work did you find there? Thanks.
