The mustard seed has a beautiful color! This is like watching a science project, I love the idea of adding the sprouts as rice toppings in the rice cooker! I look forward to the microgreens vlog, yours looks so much healthier!

It looks really simple and easy to grow sprouts! I've never eaten them, they're not part of mediterranean diet, but I'm quite tempted to try and grow some. I didn't know they are so nutricious! I'm looking forward to seeing your microgreens video too! 🙂❤
