Keep the videos coming Rob. We’re just down the road in County Durham. In my early days I used to travel lots but as you build your business either try to cut down and keep it local or pick up more customers near that client so perhaps you spend a whole day on that area.👍
I generally stay in my local area of Chester rob.chester is quite a small city. So don't have to travel too far pal.
Hi Rob,
I live near Manchester and when I first started I used to travel about 45minutes,now I tend to stay closer but end of the day you do what is best for you.. Everyone has a opinion but its up to you what you choose to do.. Another great video of showing people what you do…
Thanks for watching and supporting the channel, please like and subscribe. See you next time👍🏻
I have a day a week where I travel for an hour………3 big gardens all within a couple of miles of each other. They're all gardens I started when I lived closer but then I moved house! All nice people and all good payers………but probably not the best use of my time!!
Hi Rob Just wanted to say I came across one of your videos you seem a great guy hard working and down to earth.
I am self employed as well I have been cleaning ovens the last 15years .It is funny I can relate to some of your videos although we are in different businesses.I hope you don’t mind me subscribing at my age 57 I think a change of career is unlikely lol.
Keep cutting and making great videos top man.

Some coin in Morpeth
when i started i decided to stick to a four mile radius i do a couple at six miles but i'm glad i held out and kept it local saves losing time between jobs.
Fair play to you Rob.
Loyalty / good customer, you probably do go further for that very reason. As long as your time and travel is being covered I would say ok. Would there be any chance you may pick up another job near to this one, that could really put a worth on your journey. All the best Rob.
I travel 16 miles 3 days a week to work for one client who has an eight and a half acre estate. In short if there's money in it then it's worth the journey, but if the figures don't stack up then obviously it's not worth it.
How much do u charge for lawn that size? How long does it take? Thanks
Live near Heathrow but we have some commercial sites in Kent in places Like Maidstone and Chatham. Good hour and a bit away. Obvs petrol is charged well
Just found your channel as I've just started my own little garden maintenance business in Flintshire, watched most of your videos now and picked a few good tips up👍 keep them coming.
Thanks for the channel much appreciated.
