Fall is in full swing here in Arizona! We are enjoying the cooler temperatures and spending so much time outside. We are also harvesting our fruit from a lot of our trees! check out what trees ripen in the fall here in the Desert Southwest of our beautiful state of Arizona. We have added several new varieties of fruit trees to our Backyard Orchard property and they are taking off with fall growth!

  1. Excellent tour! You have really packed in a lot to a small area and will be swimming in berries and grapes soon. Desert King fig is a San Pedro and not Common or a self-fertile type fig so only the early crop on old wood will produce fruit. Main crop (on new wood) will abort because it needs the pollen from a male caprifig and the fig wasp (only lives in CA). Still good for rootstock though. Well presented and beautiful orchard!
