  1. Hi Linda. Shame about the weather but having said that your garden looks beautiful as always. shame about the rose.

  2. The front yard is standing it's own, so far in the season( looks great!). The weather change is so needed. Stay dry, safe and well๐Ÿค—

  3. Well done keeping the camera steady in those conditions – we missed the best bit – you running like crazy for the house!

  4. QUESTION ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ What type of grass is that? Itโ€™s very different than the St. Augustine that I have. Hers looks like a perfect green carpet! ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

  5. What plant is the tall swaying one with pink blossoms behind a boxwood? Beautiful yard!

  6. Very pleasant watching your video with your soft spoken voice makes it soothing to listen. Your landscape looks clean lots of work trimming kudos to your hard work. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘โค๏ธ

  7. It's always bittersweet putting the garden to bed for winter. Although I do welcome all the months of surfing seed sites for next yrs garden. Thought you might like to watch this while it's raining. Old Great Garden Revival show from the UK, this one has some extraordinary topiary. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b-mx3MAU-WA

  8. My son is also in Denver and just got back from NC to snow, left D, and the temp was in the 100's, shorts and sandals time , big surprise when he got home lol. We are cold and raining today we are 48 out. Glad I did not seed my grass yet. Stay Safe till the next time.

  9. Very nice job. Stay warm. My garden looks dry and tired since the winds blew in on Monday. Still going strong at 60+ mph and smoky.

  10. Linda you was brave to even go out. I am in Milwaukee i have not been in the garden since Sunday. It got so cold and wet it just changed my mood. I am not ready for fall or winter. I was still planting last week it was still warm out. We are suppose to warm back up next week. I hope i can finish my last few things i want to do. I have enjoyed your garden all summer. You have me planting more tulips remembering how beautiful yours was this pass spring. Keep warm i have been watching Utube a lot during these cold and wet days we are having.

  11. I learned this year to prune back my sedum early in the year so it maintains a tidy shape by fall. It looks better than it has in years.

  12. I so pray for cooler weather here in Pensacola fl.. your front bed looks great! So need to tackle mine but way too hot here! Thanks again!!!

  13. Looking great!!
But at this time of year everything starting to look green but different… not sure it make sense.. hehe.

  14. Love love love your front garden! All the layers and all the plants are beautiful โค๏ธ๐Ÿ˜

  15. Hi Linda, I've been watching your videos for about 6 months and you have been such an inspiration ! Would you talk about how much sunlight your backyard gets ? I am trying to compare with my yard which is very shady. Also, how do you manage to keep all the topiaries upright in the wind ? I am thinking you must get some strong gusts there in Oklahoma when a storm blows up.

  16. Thereโ€™s no such thing as a little rose rosette disease. Once the plant is infected it will die and spread the virus. The plant should be dug out and burned to prevent spreading.

  17. Beautiful video. Here in North Carolina we remove roses with rose rosette, because other roses can get infected. I have a rose garden that was installed by Witherspoon roses, which is a large company in our state. They install gardens, plus will maintain them. They recommend the removal of that diseased rose, because there is not a treatment. Just thought Iโ€™d share. Thx for your interesting videos.

  18. Hi Linda,
Love your input. I have a couple suggestions/requests. I wish I could see you do the work, talk about what and why youโ€™re doing what youโ€™re doing and most of all get names of plants, etc. Many times I see your videos and want a plant in my yard but I havenโ€™t gotten a response from you. I understand you are very busy and canโ€™t get to all your mail so by naming plant and care while seeing would be lovely. Also you have mentioned several times you would do a show on items in your garden and where you purchased them. Have you posted that? I havenโ€™t seen it anywhere.
Best wishes for all your new endeavors, I would love to join in but havenโ€™t the money to do so. Sounds like a fun/interesting/educational adventure. Have a wonderful day, janet

  19. You should do a before shot and then share the after. I know youโ€™re sharing what you did, but itโ€™s hard to appreciate the after when one doesnโ€™t have a reference point.

  20. Your front yard looks great Linda. Yes it is very cold here in Denver too. I won't be bringing my flower pots out of the garage and the house until Friday morning. Then we'll go back to our lovely warmer September weather. Enjoy the lovely moisture.
