My rain barrel is FROZEN! Zone 3 gardening 🌿

I woke up after installing my rainwater collection system and to my surprise my rain barrel was frozen! Zone 3 gardening isn’t easy but I thought being mid April I could get a jump on installing my rain barrels and start to collect rain water. Nothing broke so I’m grateful! I’m happy I took the time to spruce up the gutters since they look much better now and I’m excited I had a chance to move my containers into their temporary homes for the season.
