Homegrown Garden Egg and peanut butter
Garden eggs contain powerful phytonutrients and antioxidants like anthocyanins, nasunin, and flavonoids, protecting the body from diseases. These antioxidants protect the liver from toxins making it a home remedy for liver issues.
Garden egg is mostly eaten raw, often times with peanut butter. But occasions when we harvest lots of them, they can also be stewed with tomatoes, onions and served with boiled yam. Eat raw to lose weight overnight.
Serve with green tea and mint leaves to receive all the benefits.
