How To Grow An Edible Flower In Your Garden

Last year was a bust when it came to us growing Roselle but you won’t believe how much we’re already getting from our 2022 growing season! We collect nearly 75-100 calyxes a day! Join Mama Hoss and she takes us through how much she planted, what to look out for, harvesting, and how to prepare before using! Let’s Grow Together! Get Dirty! 1. Perfect thank you. I am going to go ahead and harvest mine. I was waiting to see blooms but I'm just seeing the the spent blooms.

  2. That's beautiful. I have tried to grow that for two years…yeah, frost got me both years. I'm watching for you to carry the Thai variety which I hear blooms in Aug.

  3. First year the gophers killed my Roselles. Second year planted in gopher cages they had a few tiny blooms starting. This year plants thrived but only about 4' tall and zero blooms. Next year I will plant them earlier in the season. I really really want to harvest some.

  4. WOW, NOW THAT IS GOOD NEWS REGARDING BEING HELPFUL FOR THOSE WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES, I NEED TO CHECK ON THIS. THANK YOU, MOMMA HOSS,

  5. Had buds, but lst frost killed it. I dont think we have enough warm days here in Southern MD zone 7A 😒

  6. I live in zone 9 when would I start Rosel? Yours looks so beautiful! I’m excited about watching this series. Thank you Mrs Hoss
