What an absolutely stunning home! I hope the totally bizarre placement of the pool isn't going to ruin it. I really don't care for the fact that the primary bedroom isn't secure. All someone has to do is hop the fence right onto your balcony. You would never be able to have the pocket doors open.

A front pool and 3.5 million price tag will make this a very hard sell in this market.
Too busy and not worth the price kitchen is small compared to others ya showed plus the bedrooms aren't enough. Top roof could be the best part. But with heights and health problems I don't think some ppl would buy it. The design is horrible

Could’ve saved a million dollars worth of material with less deck space. It’s usually too hot
The layout is all over the place and there’s too many access points into the home. “Did I lock the upstairs sliding door?” will be a concern. For the price you have a pool in the front and seems more of an after thought. The interior finishes don’t make up for no yard.
The home looks great, but the lot is way too small for this caliber of home. A front pool in that tiny random space? Cmon… And the backyard was atrocious. I feel like when you pass 2m+, people want perfection, so it's hard for me to imagine why someone would choose this home vs another 3.5million that has a backyard and infinity pool/rooftop pool, etc. The neighborhood looks fire tho. The design choices look great as well
