They pretty much summed it up – callers should get to the point, stop waffling.
What people donāt understand is that we are taught at university (Iām a law student) when studying law how to condense information.
We donāt think the same way as other people, we think more logically,
Itās critical to pick out the bones, my tutors tell me āemotions are left on the shelfā when dealing with law, thereās some really awful scenarios that the law deals with, which is why itās so important not to be emotional.
You have the balance just right.
you are not rude, people just don't know what's relevant so try to tell you their life story.
I donĀ“t think he is rude, I think heĀ“s just trying to get to the legally relevant stuff as quick as possible so as to best help the caller. ThatĀ“s what lawyers do, they want to know whether or not you have a potential case.
You want people to get to the point so you can help more people I don't find you rude ut very informative
I canāt afford to go on strike! As for labour and their puppet masters at the unions, they still get paid and get a gold plated pension, while the workers are getting nothing! Labour and the unions are taking you for a ride!
If anything not blunt enough, some of the waffling is unbearable from callers
People who call you rude may be mixing you up with James Oābrien, who IS rude. Though I would support most of his views he is smarter than those who call in and he sets traps they fall into and they look like idiots.

The problem is people like to talk and if they find themselves a guest on radio then they must be important! The worst ones though, and I'm saying this as a computer guy, are the ones who simply cannot describe a problem (or worse, leave bits out!) no matter how trivial it is.
Question on Harassment . Hi i have question for you over hassing someone on text my ex friend morgan from high school has hassing me so much on text because i tell people who he was following on Pinterest to block him and messing me a round so tell them to block him and he found out he wasn't happy so he put my and my mum profile on his account and he was calling md names because of it so i tell to stop hassing but he wouldn't stop and calling me names because of it so now his mum know i am stress by it me and him got autism so can take to police knowing his mum know about it and another My mum knows about it too my mum text him stop mr hassing but he wouldn't stop and he was calling me mess up and call me two face cow and Bitch and telling me to take deal on telling his followers it was lie but i didn't answer him.
