Three SIMPLE Tips To Extend Your Fall Tomato Harvest | Fall Tomatoes | Gardening 101 | Garden TIPS | Guten Yardening

We have been enjoying healthy and productive tomato plants all season long here in zone 5 Wisconsin. And we think that the productivity and longevity of our tomato plants has to do with some of the things we have done to ensure our plants have reduced exposure to some of the more common diseases and pests.

Our tomatoes are grown organically, without any sprays or pesticides. So, everything we do here, you can replicate without sacrificing your organic growth.

We think that these simple tips will make a big difference for you as well, and we would love to hear if you do these in your garden already.

Thank you so much for watching!

  1. Just wow! What an amazing tomato harvest. I really appreciate the tips you shared.
My personal tomato color is orange!
Makes me think of the little volunteer orange cherry tomatoes that grew on our home property, when I was a little girl!

  2. My tomatoes quit producing a month or more ago and are long gone, except the Praxxus Cherry in my lab. But I'll be planting some winter tomatoes soon! Good tips regardless of the time of planting.

  3. Could you share how you freeze your tomatoes? Do you cut and freeze or blanch first? Very curious about that. Thank you.
