    I've got that style of Moen faucet and love it! Since it only takes up one hole of my standard four hole sink, I could squeeze in a bunch of extra functionality with not only the standard soap dispenser but also a separate pneumatic switch for the disposer and a pressure activated up-firing glass rinser.

    Used to like the Wyze cams but go frustrated when they FORCED app update and firmware update on cameras and I can no longer use my old iPhone (which works fine for everything else and USED to work fine with Wyze). I've moved to reolink. Not quite as compact but the one with pan and tilt is only slightly more than the Wyze and makes it even better/easier to view. I will have to check out ability to see via computer however, that wasn't possible before without special, unsupported firmware installed on the cams.

    Oh, what got me interested in the Wyze (and now Reolink) cams was you didn't need to pay and pay and pay for a subscription to record and view past recordings. To use a computer/browser to view the cams, you HAVE to have a subscription, that's awful. I'll be selling my 3 wyze cams because of this. (Yes, reolink has programs for Windows and Mac to view the cams, no subscription or anything special needed).

    I'm a big fan of the Kasa smart plugs, I have 2 indoor and 2 outdoor models. All work great, inexpensive, and app is very easy to use.

    Why do you think a ten feet cord on a vac is "perfect"? I'd say at least thirty feet if you want to vacuum the floor.

    I've one of your number 13, the Fiskars weed puller. Maybe our weeds are stronger than yours but one season and it broke around the plastic ring at the bottom. I like the function but not the strength/quality. Make the high stressed bits of metal, make it last.

    We use one of the Kasa plugs for our christmas lights, set a schedule to turn it on/off. Another is hooked up to the lamps in our living room. they turn on an hour before sunset, and turn off a half hour after the wife's bed time.

    I was interested in the Instant Hot Water. Having read the comments on Amazon, it seems it is not compatible with all water heaters. If your water heater has built-in heat traps (which most modern heater do), this will not work. Do your research before buying.
