    Got our 15 lb turkey for 96 cents a lb. No problem. Last year we paid 1.09 a lb. So cheaper. Have lots of family coming over as usual for a big dinner. House will be full. Our cost is a little higher overall, a few bucks more, but everyone brings a dish so the total cost is actually quite low. Also have 1 other family bringing another large bird. So we will have plenty. I don't get most people because they live like a few bucks is a game changer and if your stupid, I guess it is. I mean, if driving your car a few hours more makes a difference in your financial life, you don't have much of a life. Stop living like your rich and you will be rich.

    Just hanging out at home this year. I am not a foodie so don’t care what I eat on thanksgiving. Small ham and potatoes and some vegetables.

    2023 Will be FUN! FUN! FUN! Disinflation is a slowing or plateauing of inflation. In a period of disinflation, prices may still rise, but they do so at a far lower rate than they would during a period of high inflation. Prices may also plateau. However, they do not go down.

    Hi Dan , even before baby formula the first things were paint bases they claimed the supply chain especially in Texas were frozen .Someday I hope they get to the bottom of all these shenanigan’s and what really caused this recession it started before putins war

    Refused to buy butter at $4.98 @ walmart yesterday… eggs butter all up on the east coast. As well as anything in plastic bottles. Avg Thanksgiving for 6-12 $200-300 but I use all my leftovers wisely or freeze

    I will still give thanks this thanksgiving even though I fell on hard times. I put my trust in Christ! My greatest happiness comes from following him our Lord and Savior. As a single mother things are difficult on me. My husband passed years ago so I’m alone. I’m overwhelmed because both of my children are autistic. I’m struggling to provide. I can’t afford groceries let alone Thanksgiving dinner. I lost my job as a social worker at Forsyth hospital because I declined the vaccine. I declined because of my pre existing health condition lupus and heart disease. I was denied my medical/religious exemption. I wish I could go back to the hospital but the mandate is still in place for hospitals that participate in Medicare and Medicaid. I’m waitressing and I’m so thankful to be working again, but I’m not making nearly enough to make ends meet. I’m so discouraged I feel so alone in this world. Every month is a battle, to not end up on the streets with my children. Thankfully God gives me strength to keep going. Please pray for me and my boys, that’s all we want or need. Please pray for me and my children this Thanksgiving thank you.

    I'm surprised any banks have buildings. Last time I deposited a check the young lady inside wanted to show me how to deposit it with their app. Customer service is too expensive 😔

    My friends….we are seniors…..meetup at coffee houses these days instead of OC restaurants because we truly can no longer afford tipping on food nor the added inflation fees. The cost of a 20% tip is now needed in our slim grocery budget. Sad…very sad. Thanksgiving will be creative not traditional.

    I really feel the need to ask that you put a warning on this video, and yes, i'm serious.
    I have friends as well as family that suffer from epilepsy. That flash of light, the strobing of it, that also shows in the blip youtube shares when stopping over the thumbnail, can cause an epileptic to go into a full seizure. So, if there's a way to either edit or warn about it, i know it will be appreciated.
    I enjoy your videos, and just wanted to be sure you were aware of this.
