The floor in the kitchen, my brother Enes, is made of Moroccan tiles, which have been used in the palaces and mosques of Morocco for centuries, and in homes as well. It is worth mentioning that Adidas Sports Products Company apologized to Morocco for using Moroccan tiles in one of the products without this permission from Morocco, and Moroccan zellige is the material heritage of the Moroccan, and it represents the Islamic civilization and heritage to which your country Turkey belongs, and it would be nice to mention these details in your words as you mention French and other products!

Much too funky and unique, which lends itself to lack of continuity and balance. Too many dark surfaces in a place with restricted natural light, and the textures and patterns were overwhelming without depth of field for balance. The tour made me feel like being pushed further into a cave with no easy escape.
That being said, the area lends itself to a buyer who refuses convention and will pay a load of money for a house that lacks function or will accept a fixer for a little slice of sand access. Not a favorite for me.

The herringbone parquetry is amazing. Beautiful, unique, design. Looks like a home, and not like an office building for a tech startup.

Love, love, love southern CA homes. The weather is perfect for inside outside living. The bespoke decor is amazing. And kudos to the layout; walking and seeing the dinning room (usually the neatest room in the house) is super forward thinking.

Normally I don’t like houses like this, but I did like this one. To be the close to beach, is AWESOME!!! I LOVE that steam room, and I wish it was in the master. I LOVE that sink in the other master and the bathroom in the lower floor, but over all, the house has a Warm and HOMEY feeling. Thank you and Mikey for bringing this home to LIFE!!!😍😍😍😍😍
Personally I disliked the decor, it crossed the line of "lived in" to cluttered. But the European feel is coming from the furniture, and decor, the designer has tried to achieve European homeliness whilst keeping the American utilities (kitchen and bathroom). I will also add, as a 5th generation floor layer, I'm surprised you didn't point out the herringbone wood floors, they are one of the most expensive floor types available, topped only by marble slab flooring – if it was real, it looks real.
This just might be my favorite property that I’ve seen on this channel. The outdoor kitchen was 🔥🔥🔥

I enjoy the darker wood tones and Mediterranean styling of this house! This place feels very homey and cozy for a large home and that's reflected in all of the unique furniture.

I like the location and hate the house. Its one of the most horrible houses i have ever seen in my life. If i would ever buy this house, i would put it to the ground and re do it from scratch. Horrible. I can see why the owners are selling this piece of crap.
