It's scary all the brands they own: All Bran, Apple Jacks, Cheez-it, Corn Flakes, Corn Pops, Crispix, Eggo, Fruit Loops, Frosted Mini Wheats, Graham's, Honey Smacks, Incogmeato, Frosted Flakes, Krave, Nutrigrain, Pop Tarts, Pringles, Raisin Bran. Rice Krispies, Smorz, Special K and so many more. All big companies are like this now; they're buying out all of the smaller companies and reformulating them to make them cheaper. Nestlé is awful too, check them out sometime….terrifying.
You need to start eating fresh fruits and vegetables and meats only- as much as you can grow or obtain from local farmers the better. The small local farmers and ranchers are the very last line that can be trusted. Our ancestors lived long and healthy lives without packaged and processed foods. We can do even better with the knowledge and resources we have now. Time to ditch lazy short cuts for meals on tired nights and step up everyone. I am not just speaking to everyone here, I am reminding myself as well. No more lazy short cuts for our meals at all. We can do it- eat just what the Lord has made for us to eat, not what man has created. God Bless 🥰
Kellogs products, Little Debbie’s, Coffee Mate, Mt Dew, ( and many other products) are not allowed to be sold in The EU or in Peru. They have a dangerous amount of carcinogenic stuff in them. We give these things to our children. 🙃

Their food honestly tastes like sh*t now. I prepped up a dozen boxes of my sons favorite cereal (frosted flakes) to find out soon after my son now hates it. I thought he was being dramatic but after confirming that the label read clean and didnt have any suspicious sounding ingredients, I wound up tasting it. The whole box tasted like flaky cardboard…

I haven't bought brand name food for a long time but it's true a lot of store brands are packed at same plants my dad worked at a canning factory all they did was at a certain time they would switch to different labels, I worked at a potato farm, we packed all potatoes , there were different classes, no. 1' were the best shape and even size, no. 2's were odd sizes unclassified were odd shaped and all sizes. So pretty much everything else you buy is like that, eat more oatmeal it's better for you anyways. 🙏❤️🇺🇲💪.

So i had a discussion with someone who was on the inside about 20 years ago. They own all the Fortune 50-100 companies. This small group owns the world in terms of top revenues, etc.
Also they have changed all of the packaging looks similar but different color tones etc.
My spouse worked for them for 20 years , well after they bought out Keebler , which turned to Kellogg's snacks . They are woke !….. He sees so much on their site . He still has friends that work for them.
