Actually, dandelions are good young and grows as a weed here in the U.S. in most places. The baby (close to the ground flowerheads are excellent) as well as the baby leaves can be used in salads. Even the roots can be eaten especially boiled (although the are fibrous).
My plants when growing close together are just dying 🙈
I have to grow everything inside. But I've tried to grow Bok choi 6 times now (with different seeds and conditions) and they get 2 leafs and then lies down on the soil and dies. No clue why. Any advice? (My tomatoes, squash and paprika are doing great) 😊
