French Garden | landscape design – LASD STUDIO

French Garden

French Garden, is a style of garden inspired by idealized romantic landscapes and the paintings of Hubert Robert, Claude Lorrain and Nicolas Poussin, European ideas about Chinese gardens, and the philosophy of Jean-Jacques Rousseau. The style originated in England as the English landscape garden in the early 18th century, and spread to France where, in the late 18th and early 19th century, it gradually replaced the symmetrical French formal garden
(Ref. Baltrušaitis 1978., Wenzler 2006, p. 27.).

In this garden we created different rooms from times of French garden evolution.
Here we can see an eclectic combination of contemporary, renaissance and classical lines, motives that delivers in sinergetic combination a coherent French Garden Design. As those rooms are differ by design, intention and architecture we are reaching a new level of variety of emotions and perceptions of parts of the garden.

While architecture, style and atmosphere of the space are important, we also considering enhancing of wildlife, biodiversity, solving stormwater issues, and reaching a new standards for social, economical and environmental sustainability.

Welcome to our French Garden design.
