Well the animals are fed and I thought I’d set a spell and enjoy my coffee! I sure like that metal sign you got up in the loft! My husband’s a bow hunter and would love that! I planted my garlic a couple weeks ago but it’s nothing compared to that many! Y’all have a blessed weekend from Missouri cold country

Seeing squash the 9th of November is awesome…..today as I read this is November 19th there's 6-7 inches of snow….which is early…….this happens occasionally……lake effects snow. But in the greenhouse everything still growing fine ☺️
You gotta love a sit-down job when nailing or doing any job. lol
We had freezes the last two nights.. they're covered but I think my zucchini gave up.. crosses fingers eyes and toes that they come back.. there are a few little ones that need a chance.

Danny and Wanda I garden vicariously through y'all in the winter because it's currently 30 something here with snow on the ground. Lol I love zucchini raw dipped in ranch dressing . I had a rear good harvest of Spaghetti squash and love making spaghetti with it . Or putting Alfredo sauce on it. God bless y'all and I hope you have a wonderful holiday season.

My granary building has a metal roof with overhanging black walnut tree. In the fall when they drop an fall,it makes a person jump. Does sound like a gun shot.
Danny last year I got some elephant garlic from Hoss Tools. I live in Central Indiana and it's some of the best garlic I've ever grown
The barn is beautiful. We have sever cold and wind here in Indiana. Record breaking cold. No garden here.

What a beautiful job you're doing on that loft Danny! I can relate to the thumb issue, once I was using a mandolin (not the musical instrument) and I sliced my thumb in half down to the bone. It took a lot of time to heal and of course, there is nerve damage so you can't "feel" with your thumb like you use to! Praise God it's not any worse than it was Danny! You and Wanda are being blessed by the Lord!

Wonder why hot salt water don't work on sore thumbs any more. They had my Aunt putting Vaseline on hers and covering up. Took forever to get better no doctor or nurse but sure have had lot cuts
