  4. Yeah boy! Thanks for another talk about your garden. It was really wonderful! I'll have to try making those pickled beets and thanks for all the great recipes and amazing videos this year.

  5. Looking forward to a pumpkin recipe video. Maybe it's boring, but I'd love to see a nice Pumpkin pie recipe. 😀

  6. Thanks, for all the great information, please strive for a green house , it would be great to see all those vegetables growing so lusciously I live in Florida so we grow everything all the time no weather problems. You can make pumpkin and lentil stew that is a great way to use the pumpkin. Also pumpkin fritters with a spot of ginger and black pepper in the flour mixture and it would be a great way to use up the pumpkin. There's so many good foods you can make with those pumpkin mmm .

  7. thanks for this kind of content gaz, it inspires to grow stuff, and enjoy the process, the work and the cooking, you are incredible, btw i love your christmas book i have my copy and its the best kitchen helper to get ideas to cook. hugs from puerto varas, chile

  8. The area you live reminds me of the town I grew up. I wish I could build a garden like this.

  9. Great garden tour! Love the variety you have and you're doing really well. Can't wait to get an update when you plant more!😊

  10. Abundant beautiful Garden I also planted a beautiful Garden 🪴 last summer there is something very healing about gardening 👩‍🌾

  11. Just stunning, I ❤the Country, so serene🎉🎉🎉Greeting Mate. Best Vegan Dishes 🌱 Alive..

  12. "I LOVE Bay!!" 🤦🏽‍♀️🤣 I'm such a dork I laughed both times I saw it. I make myself laugh with my jokes too!! Back to video though…I love your garden. I can't wait to start mine and love the garlic idea as it sounds easy. Keep doing what you do!! As Mayan-heritage, your Mexico "Que Rico" was the best so that corn recipe is amazing. Thank you for what you do.

"Beet That" 🙄🤪 In going to watch this a few times for the laughs.

  13. The number of times you dropped your iphone cause you’re too excited , hilarious ! …. I swear you are my twin 🤣🤣🤣🤣😇

  14. How can you possibly still be single? Anyone would be lucky to have you as a mate, you're amazing 🥰

  15. Here in the California Sierra, we grow a big winter garden which has a lot of root crops like carrots rutabaga turnips, parsnips, as well as cabbages, Brussel sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli, spinach etc, which we cover with 3 feet of straw (not hay) which acts as an insulator so that from now to spring we can simply push the straw aside to harvest whatever we want to gather.

  16. You are so gifted and cool! I love your artistry from the gardening to cooking, all while wearing fire fits! lol

    Your mind is amazing ❤

  17. Vegan Pumpkin Pie. Also a pumpkin spice puree recipe one could can or use for other recipes. Very much enjoyed this video, Gaz. I can honestly feel the peaceful energy coming from your garden–what a beautiful home you have!! 🙂

  18. Whenever I make (vegan) pumpkin pie I use a bit of Garam Masala, as many of the spices in it are identical or similar to pumpkin pie spice, and the more exotic ones like black pepper add a bit more depth to the flavor.

I'd be interested to see if you could do a version of pumpkin pie that was even more South Asian focused. I know pumpkin is really big in Afghani food for example.

  19. Absolutely love this, and now super inspired to start my own veggie/herb patch in the backyard! Can you do update videos throughout the seasons? Would be awesome to see what's going on in your kitchen garden throughout the year 🤩

  20. Love the content! It’s a beautiful thing watching your progression. Keep growing, creating, inspiring 🙏🏽

  21. The impressive thing growing is YOU, Mate! Super inspirational. It's really the show I've wanted to make for four years now on my property! Stay tuned… ~Evan
