    Firstly, CONGRATULATIONS!!! The new crew member will certainly add a few challenges, but I'm sure you all will love the adventure. Secondly, to Melissa – it took a lot of inner strength to share so openly the struggles you have with self image. From my perspective you are exactly who and what you needed to be to be part of a miraculous change and addition to your lives. Early in life I learned the "cowboy ways." At the rodeos there were always gents sitting on the top rail of the arena fences. While watching the bull riders, I noticed that they always had a comment about the riders, what they should have done different, but as I watched them I noticed that when ever the action came near them, they bailed off that rail and scattered – scared off by the action I guess. So it is with many who comment via distance and computer. Take what good grain there may be, cast off the chaff, and move on. Thirdly, to Andy – I'm so very impressed with the circle of friends you have. Nigel and others have really stepped up, but it has been you who cultivated the fields of friendships to make it happen. Lastly, having lived aboard and raising 2 kids during that time I can testify that you all will grow in ways you can't expect today. The kids will be much better for it all. I can't wait to see Melody in the water and the adventures begin!!

    For Jack I recommend books from David Eddings – Elenium and Tamuli – 6 books for beginning, really good. Other books from Eddings Belgariad and Malloreon are the summum with 10 books. I have read it at least 8 times. You can get inform from library or internet.

    First things first! To Andy, Melissa and Jack, all my love ❤️ for you all! ♥️ For most of us only children can give meaning to our lives and I speak from experience!
    To Melissa, I could have cried at your so deeply touching account of the battle of weight control. I have been fighting the same fruitless battle for many years now without result to the point that I have finally had to admit defeat even tho classified as obese. I would call it an intensely personal and frustrating struggle that does nothing to help with self esteem or self confidence so I can only say to you dear Melissa that I have your back in this ❤️. I'm just waiting for the doctors to announce Eureka! We have found it, the gene for the metabolism that is the one for our waistlines!

    Hi Andy ,Melissa and Jack Melissa don't let people get to you are a good wife and a Mum to Jack. If people what to say thing that are going make people un happy they shooed keep it to them self.
