Holy Hill is an incredible place to visit in Wisconsin. With a gorgeous Basilica and breathtaking landscapes, it is a must see destination every fall. We explore what birds and other wildlife can be found there, while also appreciating the architecture and fall color.

๐ – BEAUTIFUL GIRLS HERE ๐โ mโ
We often have a shrew under our feeders. Not sure what kind of insect/invert it is feeding on in the seed hulls.
Love the old school Buccaneers tee.
I had no idea you could handle those caterpillars. I was always under the impression that they were poisonous and you shouldnโt handle them. Glad to know their name and that they are harmless.
Just made it out to Chicago and nabbed my lifer Snow Bunting and Northern Shrike ๐
Which bridge camera do you use or can recommend for bird photography?
This is a really nice place. I've been here tons but never thought to go birding. It was nice that you showed the buildings as well as the birds.
Gorgeous!! I'd be afraid of those stairs too, though, haha
I admit I'm a tiny bit jealous. I haven't been able to play in fall leaves for decades, hehehe… not since the early 80s which was the last time I lived up North. This part of the Southeast is mostly long leaf pines, and before that I lived in the desert, no fall color to be had there. Upstate New York was an immensely fun place to be in fall though. Especially for a short little 6 year old kid, haha!
9:31 When has private property ever deterred a birder ๐
I had no idea nuthatches could cling to brick, I always learn something from your videos. I got a lifer this week a Northern Shrike. I remembered you guys did a video comparing Northern and Loggerhead and rewatched it. It was super helpful. I was a little unsure which I had, turns out it was an immature Northern.
Incredibly beautiful! Thank you!
Nuthatches can cling to a lot of surfaces including brick.
That OG Bucs t-shirt is awesome. I have moth stories but they're too varied and complicated to mention other than just mentioning them now.
Wow, what a beautiful place! Amazing little nuthatches are so cute! And thank you for rescuing the woolly bear caterpillars! We love them and always like rescuing them. And now we know their proper names too. Thanks!๐
Can I ask what settings/mode you guys use on the Lumix? My pictures always come out blurry.
