Tarek and Christina get a lead on a for sale by owner property in Whittier, California that would scare most buyers away; but they’re not most buyers. Tarek and Christina know that with a little hard work and design vision, they could turn a healthy profit on this home in just a few months. But as renovation begins, the surprises and expenses keep piling up.
Flipping team Tarek and Christina have viewers on the edge of their seats as they purchase dilapidated properties for cash, sometimes sight unseen, and then renovate and flip them for resale. From the nail-biting purchase at auction, to the sometimes-exasperating renovations, discouraging showings and exhilarating sale, will they Flip or Flop?

Tareck es un miserable para las remodelaciones coloca material básico y vende propiedades a sobreprecios, eso tiene un solo nombre estafad…….
That tile is ugly. We’re talking the “you-ain’t-got-no-alibi” kind of ugly.
This is the first time I do not like the bathroom. The square feature piece looks odd above the bath as well as above the stove. It would have looked better without the frame.
This was not as nice as some of their other work. That shower curtain in the bathroom didn’t seem to match the tile.
Those “special”, expensive tiles Christina was obsessed with are way too bossy for such small rooms. They jar the eye and take away from the rooms’ cohesiveness, especially in the bathroom.
Didn't like the tile in the bathroom… Kitchen is ok. But I can NOT believe housing costs in Cali…. Insane!
New game: Every time Christina says 'super' you take a shot…you'll be drunk in 10 minutes! "Sooper pretty, sooper excited, sooper high design, sooper nice, sooper expensive"
She always goes for the expensive tiles ect.
Have to agree – tile is ugly. – not up to usual style acumen
So what happened? We need closure.
That framed art piece concept was funny and an eye sore
Just… no
I agree with everyone else that the special tiles are only special in their ugliness. If they had to have them in the bathroom, why didn't they make that area a shelf? It would still have been ugly but at least it would have been practical.
At least with that generic subway tile on most of the wall the new owner will be able to replace that hortible model tile easy 😅
I like the special tiles, but i think they are wrong in this particular design. They’re too big for the space. Tarek’s idea on size was better, but they still look wrong, a bit old fashioned and out of place.
Pretty out-of-place I would say
