    How can you plan windows on all side of the plot? What if the plot is already covered by all 3 sides with already existing houses?

    I dont know why everyone is liking this design, this house construction costs 50 lakh + (excluding land) and what you are essentially getting is a 3bhk.
    For that price (including land) you can get 3bhk luxurious apartment from brands like shalimar, purvanchal etc. Also, i highly doubt if anyone would be constructing more floors as it is already 3 floors (ground + 2)
    Also note that it looks good in elevation, but remember there will be other houses on three sides of this house, and most probably will be of atleast 2 floor. Now imagine you are standing on the side balcony and taking view of your neighbours wall.

    Space optimization is very poor in my opinion

    For winter season this kind of guest room is not suitable. ground floor space is wasted even house is not secured.dear green line iam your big fan because you always takecare for greenery and ventilation in urban area houses even in a small space

    Hi DV team, I'm interested to get a plan for 24*54 south west facing house plan like this but only with g+1(G floor same, 1st floor includes 2 bhk (1 master bedroom, and 1 for kids) along with pooja, kitchen and dining cum sitting, and terrace needs gym n sitting with green area.. if possible design something with minimal costings
