Growing Horseradish from Food Scraps



Wait! Don’t throw those leftover food scrapes away. If you have some leftover horseradish you can regrow it in your garden. But be sure to plant your horseradish in a container or it ight takeover your garden.
Horseradish is one of the many examples of food scrapes that you can replant in your garden, so don’t waste it, replant it in fall for a late spring harvest. You can also plant horseradish in the spring for a fall harvest.
