    I would be very nervous having only 10 days worth of food, water and supplies! If you are in Germany and have the money and space I honestly suggest getting at least 30 days ASAP and keep adding as much as fast as you can aftee that. Ten days scares me. God Bless 🥰

    So, the Germans are expecting that SEVERAL power outages are incoming….. To my mind this means SEVERAL sets of 10 day supplies.

    Well after those great floods they suffered in a lot of the town so old German Town how can people say there's no harm no foul or not to stockpile how do those people that have been washed away in their home instead of were there for hundreds of years recover now let alone later

    Lilly lives in Austria, she thinks that 10 days is not an adequate amount of time, but that it would be better than nothing. She says three weeks at the minimum would be her advice to the people. Could you imagine the chaos that will ensue once things get really bad there? Please pray for Lilly, she is pretty prepared, but I still worry about her.

    10 days is a sneeze! 😂I just spent $300 on groceries today to top off my preps for a year. (And I already have a years worth of stuff.) while cooking Tday dinner I will be canning ground beef, sweet potatoes, making ghee butter, canning butternut squash and freezing eggs. As well as sealing dry goods. I think I over stock more so because I don’t want to have to leave the house at all. Pinball was talking about a guy pulling a gun on the staff at Wendy’s over BBQ sauce! I don’t eat at fast food places but the dude couldn’t buy bbq sauce at the market?? 😂

    Never had as little as 10 days. Not if you shop once or twice a month plus nice to have a choice. Could get sick, have surgery in normal times and can't shop. 10 days isn't prepping. It's almost out of food to me.

    10 days is a little over my regular weekly grocery buying.. The people who say NO don't hoard or panic buy. Need to be the first ones to starve.

    Autumn, my husband and I lived in Germany for three years. Many Germans grocery shop several times a week. Most have small refrigerators – think dorm-size. The German grocery store near us was mostly fresh foods. They had a small canned food area and a massive chocolate/candy isle. Stocking up for 10 days , I would presume, would greatly affect the grocery stores with their own ability to order and stock foods.

    When I lived in Qatar in a compound. My next door neighbor was from Germany. She didn't drive so she would ask me to give her a lift to the market when I would leave the compound. One day while shopping she saw me buying canned food. She told me that in her country they rarely eat from cans. They mostly eat fresh food. Blessings from Texas, Autumn. Appreciate you!!

    All the rich people who buy loads of expensive paintings as a way of making money is that hoarding? Just because people stock up on food as a way of security in the future doesn't make them a hoarder, the same as those who chose to invest in paintings. It's the same thing, just a different product but the same reasons are behind both. Money and food investments
