Finally I’m uploading the FULL backyard garden tour video! I would like to make solstice and equinox garden tour videos which would be one every 4 months, quarterly. This would show each season here in Florida (12 months of Summer.) I live in 9B/10A Climate Zone which is extremely hot. That is usually the on going fight, against the heat.

My main vegetable garden in the video is slacking because I just remodeled it a month or so ago. The corn, tomatoes, cucumbers, luffas should be full grown and providing a lot of shade to the other parts of the garden where I am attempting to grow peppers and beans in full sun.

The chicken coop and duck pond were very fun building projects as well as the fencing I built for the vegetable gardens to keep the poultry out. I have full length videos on those builds for now, I plan on making shorter videos to just give an overview of how they work.

I hope you enjoy my backyard garden tour!

  1. Awesome! Thanks for the tour, your videos are enjoyable to watch, fun edits and super informative – keep it up, looking forward to more 👍🏼

  2. lol… I also reference the fast and the furious with cars that drive by a little too fast. Which way is your papaya tree facing? would that be the south? Great job on the pond, coop and garden… your duck pond is a great inspiration.

  3. I live in south australia and my summers are hot(up to 40 degrees celsius is normal) and i have no problemsgrowing asparagus but i did start with the plant starts not seed

  4. David the Good is a good source for how to grow in Florida. How big is your yard? I wish mine was much larger.

  5. After five years on the Loquot you may consider you have a sterile male or something…? I am not sure. I have several natives and they have produced well but this year wasn't very much. They look very old. I am not sure how long they produce. Or if sterile makes are an issue with new trees. Need to research them. Loving your channel!
