Your two channels have opened my eyes to what is possible over the last two years that I’ve been watching. This is next level stuff. Thank you for all the videos. destination OG is on my bucket list now.
With your hot water recirculating system, make sure that Grundfos pump is the stainless or brass version. I had the cast iron version and it rusted internally and caused a whole bunch of problems elsewhere in my hot water system (including serious issues with the hot water tank, mixing valves, etc.). It's a common issue and I can't believe they sell potable water pumps so prone to rust.

So good to see you guys hang out and see Pan’s childlike reaction with incredulity to the awesomeness of the property. Matt, I disagree with the comments made by some people that you look miserable. You look like a man that has found contentment in life in your own unique way. Congratulations on everything you’ve achieved and will continue to pursue in the future. I’d love to see Rick from RAD garage visit at some point. One final thing, I laughed out loud when you said you’re unable to use the property as it is booked out for 40 weeks!
