Building a new raised garden bed kit

I order this DIY raised garden bed kit on Amazon for $69.99 the garden beds dimensions are 4’ wide x 8’ long x 1’ high. The kit assembled quickly and easily. There are no tools included so at minimum you would need a screw driver and a pair of pliers. Definitely be careful of sharp edges the top and bottom sides of the bed is rolled over but the sides and corner are just cut metal. Overall very pleased with the look and feeling of the bed for $70. I’m not sure how long it will hold up, time will tell.

    This bed looks pretty thin but it is what you would expect for $70. Curious to see how they hold up after 4 years. You're homemade metal bed looked pretty well made. I would like to get a tall 4×8 metal bed for strawberries. Actually I could use a few of them. Filling them is no problem since I have plenty of wood in my yard and ready access to horse manure. 😀

    It will be interesting to see how well it holds up.
    It happens I put another bed together today as well (hint: Patience Bed) but I used one of the pricier kits from Vego.

    For $70, it seems like a decent set up Rick. If you thinking about cardboard at the base, I highly recommend have it stick outside a bit !!
