Keith could you make a video on invoices for customers. I recently been having a lot of problems between providing itemized quotes with labor included and customers wanting to know how much is labor vs total cost of the material. However whenever I changed it material with marked up prices and added a line to labor people compare the hours the labor amount and start complaining because I'm "overcharging" for efficiency.
Could you make a new video and how you would go about doing quotes.

Keith, how do you deal with customer who ask you to trim trees in their landscape that you can’t reach without getting off the ground since at least around here in Indiana you need a tree trimming license to trim trees if your feet leave the ground? Always struggle with that when it def doesn’t make sense to call a tree guy to trim just one Japanese maple that’s tall for example.
