  1. I’m in 10b South Florida & dealing w some minor bugs that are affecting my garden. I’ve used Organic neem oil and I really want to get my plants to make food outside. My garden is Sunny as well. I have hand pollinated my squash and cucumbers. What else can I do? Thank you

  2. Loved this tour, Robbie. I am always amazed by your re-purposing so many varieties of containers.
    I am done with totes.
    Hello, Grow bags!
Thanks for alerting me to not put pine cones in there.
I am still waiting for your suggestion on building an expensive platform for them.

  3. Oh boy. I put sticks in a couple grow bags but they are gallon size for tomato starts so I can pull them into the covered patio on cold nights. I’ll be transplanting to totes when the nights are warmer. This is my first year container gardening. The in ground garden I tried one time was a total disaster so I figured I wouldn’t try again….Oklahoma hot humid crop killer state. So I’ll try a couple determinate tomato plants in a tote…..early plant, early harvest before the 100+ degree drought days. 👍. I also have totes for other veggies. Peppers love it here! They’re the only thing I’ve successfully grown. I hope this works. I, following all your advice. This is the first time I’ve ever composted. If all these veggies fail at least I’ll have a ton of compost….not a total loss.

  4. I love watching your videos your excitement is contagious wish I lived in a climate like California but instead I live in indiana can't quite start my garden yet because of the frost and cold weather.

  5. You say there is nothing you can do about the spraying, I disagree, you are doing something by making your garden such an insect and bird haven, you leave your thistle so birds can eat it and build nests, and you put up fountains and feeders. With the terrible drought in CA, you are a Garden of Eden for the wildlife. Bless you.

  6. Hi Robbie and Gary I loved your videos so much! I usually grow my garden each year from plants from the garden center but this year I have grown everything from seed and I so worried it won't grow. I guess maybe Im a worry wart lol. But I guess we will see what grows. God bless HAPPY AND BLESSED EASTER TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AND TO All the garden subscribers and members HUGSSS from your friend in Pennsylvania. Hugs kitty too.🐾🐾🥦😊🐰🐇🐣🐝🦋💐🌱

  7. Robbie you have so much food growing, I love it!!! You're always busy as a bee.

  8. You can always use transparent totes for cold frames on top of your totes. I got a whole bunch from people throwing them away. My hot weather plants love them! My peppers and tomatoes are growing like crazy under them.

  9. What dimensions do you buy when ordering tulle? This will be my first year gardening. Thank you, and thank you, also, for your amazing teaching! 💕. Edit: I LOVE your gardens!

  10. I absolutely love watching you and Gary your both inspiring to use what you have or find and build something sustainable just amazing God bless thank you

  11. I see ants on pumpkin flowers all the time. I’ve never noticed nests. They like nesting on the edges of cement or containers.

  12. I agree 100% with you on herbicides. Brilliant idea to use branches like that in your bird garden!! I have a solar fountain in center of garden and birds use it. I worry about hawks. I may try a branch system somehow.

  13. love that you have a garder snake to hold down the roadents.
our hawk has not been around yet this year. it may have been because of the cold. just bought my garden bahs and will take you idea and plant some cumbers in them. our seeds are all coming up not too. you do a bunch of container planting. it is so much better tgat way because you can move them when the weather needs you too for some.
thank you so much for all the information you give out.
do you prefer the solid color tubs over the clear totes? seems you do. is there a praticulare reason for that?
we have so many pots that can use. am using the tool over my plants now and will use on the pomagranet and fig tree.

  14. Hi, I started watching you with the hummingbirds…fun.
On your tour, you give good advice. Your garden looks like a sloppy mess. I think you don't really see it because you're moving around quickly and you're busy with individual plants..
Most of your plants look stringy, falling over, pale.
Nothing robust, bountiful, really healthy . They maybe, but….

  15. So sad that people see these quick solutions to a small problem that can be handled in a different way that’s how climate change has occurred people trashing the earth. Glad to see you talk against that Robbie and that you care about the birds.

  16. I really enjoy eating squash and zucchini, but one or two plants supply me for fresh eating, canning, freezing and giving to family and friends. I can not imagine what you do with all the squash and zucchini you get from all those you have planted. You have so many!!!

  17. Tumeric is $14.99 lb minimum. Got yourself a little gold mine there! I have been drying my tumeric, ginger & garlic. It dries so perfectly. Then I grab a few dried pieces & muddle it not a powder. Growing medicine is so valuable!! Thank you for all you are doing!! You sure are helping me!

  18. I just love that pickle bucket plant stand!! I think it's just beautiful, I'm concocting ways to make my own!

  19. Hi Robbie! Ur garden looks great so far 😉 walking onions I've never heard of them before. Well anyways a 🪱 OMG I would freak out if I see one and all my neighbors know when I scream very 📢 loudly and the lawnmower is going and the dog 🐕 is barking there's something going on. LOL It's crazy I don't like 🪱 period
How do you keep up with everything 🤷 lol. Well thanks for the update send 🌞 to Pennsylvania thanks! Have a wonderful day 💞

  20. Are you strong with planting things in the suggested season?

You answered a question. I've been wondering if I should plant some veggies in the front yard. I live on a busy street, so I haven't been sure about that.

One more thing. Weeds are good to provide soil for greens? I thought they stole from them.
