Here I take you on a walk through a tiny Japanese Garden and koi pond at Vancouver Island University located in Nanaimo British Columbia Canada. The koi fish were so fun to watch! They swam right up to the edge of the pond, probably hoping for food, and no I didn’t feed them as per the garden rules.

Our Koi were so friendly. They would come to us for hand feeding. Their mouths would open wide and we loved it. Sadly, the heron would come and carry them away. Even covering our pond with a net did not distract them. The Heron somehow worked their way under the netting. Now we have gold fish and surprisingly they are growing big! Beautiful video. Thanks for sharing.
