Have any of you guys ever been 100 percent happy with the vikings. What would this show have been like every week during the 15 and 1 season. No one could pick apart that team offense defense or special teams. Would every show be like the vikings are great gary anderson is perfect on fgs i wish judd phil and declan could have had skor north and purple daily in the 98 season. I really dont know what you guys could have said or criticized

Ed, try blitzing more in the first half if you don't want to give up big plays, your shell doesn't work against any QB or offense in the league.
If Mike White played 11 games similar to his start (5th career game) with the Jets, he would be atop the leaderboard with Mahomes and Allen.
Kirk won't be throwing 50/50 balls to JJ, he will mostly be throwing darts that only he can catch.

Dear Ed Donashell, from 2002-2021, teams that were outgained in yards by their opponents only won 33% of the time (1801-3610-12), so it's not 50/50. The Vikings only won 31.7% of the time (47-102-1). To be fair to Ed, the Vikings are 4-2 when they've been outgained this year, so he's probably suffering from a bit of recency bias, but history says it's not a sustainable "strategy".

Mike White is not just a third string QB. He's extremely talented and is probably the best QB on that roster. Yes the bears defense isn't what it was but it's not easy to do what Mike White did against them and that defense can't sleep on him or he will pick them apart as well

The defense has good players on it. The problem is the D coordinator is a terrible play caller. How are you going to have a bottom five defense when you have ZaDarius Smith and Danielle Hunter on your D line? Awful.

Vikings will not get any respect one way or the other until the defense can show up and stop the offense. I think Donatell is getting in the hot seat. If they have another bad showing look for KOC to pull the plug and Pettine takes over.

In madden Justin Jefferson is a cheat code. I remember playing with moss going this is too easy. Well… literally just throw it to Justin Jefferson. He cannot be covered. Week 5 and I have him at 946 yards 😂😂😂 he's so good that I'm almost bored with the game.
Edit: the only plausible solution to our defense to replace Ed would be to bring Zimmer back as defensive coordinator. He's the only person that 1. Is a stud at defensive schemes. 2. He is already familiar with every player on our defense. It's still the same core guys. Before Zimmer this is what our defense looked like. He comes here and it's always been a top 10 defense. And it's the very reason why we are not an elite team. Bring Zimmer here and we have a chance in the playoffs.
Sauce will have 3 PI this game. No way 1 mortal guy can guard JJ without help from the refs looking the other way.
The Vikes should have JJ in motion all day and present a few play-action formations with the ball in his hands. If he could throw a few passes, it would take Sauce out of the play.
