The first is beautiful and simple, I love it
The first for sure! Absolutely beautiful 🥰
I would say the first designer, being how, this is going to be a seasonal home. You don’t want vegetation that you will need to attend to on a weekly matter. One thing I need is set up drip irrigation since you won’t be there to water all year long.

I could watch an hour timelapse just of you laying those pavers that was so satisfying!

I really liked the first designer’s rendering. It was simple, yet elegant. I personally would want the cottage to be the focal point vs the yard. The first design really complemented the house & let it shine.

I love the 1st design with the walkway and then 2 with the rock leading to the side of the house then 3 with the swing. If I was you just take alittle of all 3 and make your own design.

I loved the second design. I really loved the pavers that went around to the back of the cottage!
You should sweep self locking sand not regular sand and water it so will lock like concrete .

My fav, is #2, but i´d incorporate the curved pathway idea from the first!
I liked the curved walkway, and the first rendering for plants..so pretty
Yard #1 was stunning. It was lush but simple and classy
I think you need to lash the first the second and make it your own!

Can't go wrong with either the first or second, then add elements of the third to it, such as an arbor. Very beautiful! So exciting!

Please finish enclosing Curtain Wall around /under house. Rodents,Cats,etc.will go under House and damage insulation, duct work(if any)etc…winter is here. Not to mention cold drafty floors. House needs100% "dryin" and Sealed. Love the projects!

I agree with the first designer’s curved walkway but I also like the curved flower beds. Simple and low maintenance is good. 🙂

Number 2 for sure. It is cottage style but a little dramatic at the same time. The first one is beautiful but a little too subdued compared to what you have going on inside.

THE SECOND ONE! It's whimsical but simple. And super attainable. The wisteria-esque plant is to die for too, so beautiful and romantice

As someone living in a country where there are brick roads this looks totaly weird. They deffinately don't do it like this over here..
I loved the 1st one, would have loved to see the 3rd in 3D. Kinda hard to choose when you can’t see it.

#2 is the most professionally presented and most appropriate for the site.
I loved the first and second one. First was beautiful, elegant and simple and the second was beautiful, flowing and more variety but will be harder to maintain.

I love the curved beds in the second design, but the plants in the first design. A combo of the two for sure
I love the first one most because of its simplicity, elegance and calm feeling. One thing I like about the second one was the additional pathway. The third one was entirely too complex and high maintenance making it feel chaotic. That said there are so many ideas that picking one idea is best like the garden lighting. But definiely with number one go for say three different plants but plant en masse and grouped together in odd numbers.
