Authorities are working to retrieve 15 cargo containers that fell into the waters off Keppel Terminal after being toppled by strong winds yesterday. Such containers weigh between two and four tonnes each. PSA said the incident did not cause disruption to its operations. No injury was reported. The Maritime and Port Authority has deployed two patrol craft to cordon off the affected area. It has also restricted all vessel movements in the vicinity of Keppel Terminal until the containers are recovered.

No fee on unsafe work place?
It's not strong wind. It may be a Chinese sabotage.

Warning from Thor
imagine boarding the ship as a crew in monsoon season
It is very easy to put the blame due to strong wind , same as parachuters had a bad landing and blame it on sudden strong wind !
could be due to low skilled foreign talent ?][
