IS NIL GOOD FOR COLLEGE FOOTBALL?
Am I wrong to think the NCAA can face the blame for not preparing in advance for the way things are changing BUT right now its all on the government to make necessary changes and pass appropriate laws? Supreme Court castrated the NCAA.
I have been looking at current players in the portal, I think Mason Cobb would be a good add for Ohio State
As for NIL, Deon told his Colorado team to go ahead and get in the portal because he needs a lot of space for his NIL players coming in!

NIL ruins college football…..and the NCAA owns all the blame! I have spent most of my adult life sitting aside Saturday's to watch football. When my buckeyes suck because they're not paying their players I'll be done watching or even following the sport. Why even be associated with any colleges now because this has nothing to do at all with playing football AND getting an education. They're now pro and I quit watching any pro after the browns left Cleveland ….and then won a super bowl! Lol. Took me years, with a trade and an education to make what I make today and these kids get paid more than a soldier trying to raise a family, just showing up on campus! Chaos throughout the NCAA because there's no enforceable rules. Worst thing to happen to collegiate sports and everybody was rooting for it to happen.

In 5 years, Ohio State is going to be Purdue if something doesn't change. I'd gladly pay 5 bucks a month to keep Ohio State a top 5 program.

I get your points on getting kids and the downside of not being aggressive but there is also a downside. The more money the more say fans will want in decision making which could create lawsuits at the least and full on confrontations at the worse. The more money you give an 18 year old the less he is going to work and develop.

I have seen several Georgia game's and we match up well except 2 things. They have power up the middle and CJ Docent move very well or move….at all. Also Georgia has the best TE in college football, and one of the best CFB Prospect's I have seen in years…his name is Bowers and I can't figure out who will cover him, I guess it has to be either Ronnie Hickman…and that take away our best safety (Hybrid) we can only win in a shoot out, I love how Michigan has the easiest path I can remember for a team to win it all. TCU is gritty, and a decent team but they played Georgia last year and looked lite the JV team against Georgia. I was praying so hard that the TCU loss bumped them and we quickly got our revenge game!
