Part 3 of a project I’ve been working on to finally finish the front hillside of our new Home so that I can get it graded and re finish the gravel driveway. In this segment I extend a culvert pipe by adding another 50 feet to bring the water runoff into the newly created ditch that I made. Like and subscribe to follow all of our land management projects as we are finally living the dream of owning land right in our back yard. We will transform this property into a sportsman’s and nature lover’s paradise. Food plots, watering holes, duck impoundments, tractor & excavator projects, road building, hunting, fishing and more. 1. First. How you been Joe? Catching up on all your videos, property is looking good man. Hey did you ever look at the ratchet rake attachment for the Kioti bucket? I have one for my John Deere FEL and man it is a huge timesaver when it comes to clearing brush and grading. Be safe brother.

  2. I thought at least a portion of that area was going to be extra turn around space? I'll take grass over rock anytime. 😉
Are you planning to move the rock from the trailer area to make the extra turn around space?
I thought you may add a watering hole to the trailer area but probably not because of the road and its noise.
If I remember correctly you were going to close up the trailer area and seed it (plant trees?). 😉
Are you considered a farmer (or what?) despite having no human food crops on your land?
    Keep up the good work.

  3. Hey Joe, this would be a good time to break out the box scraper and level all that dirt, I think it would be a lot faster than the Bob Cat. Just my two cents worth.lol
