Elderberry Syrup! #shorts

Elderberry tree not only provide delicious flowers but they also give a second harvest of berries packed with benefits!

They are full in vitamin A and B and are reacher in vitamin C than oranges which makes them a great natural cold and flu remedy!
NOTE: do not eat any part of the plant raw! Elderberries, stems, leaves and roots are toxic when raw.
RECIPE:

1/2 x carrier bag (even a full one if you can)
1 x lemon
1 x orange
200g x brown sugar
1-2 x cinnamon sticks
