As we toured a home located in Orange, CA. I wanted to show how and where to add improvements that will give you the return on investment.
1. Having energy efficient windows and sliding glass doors are a huge cost and something that is very important. Buyers notice this and will offer less money for a home because they know this is an expensive improvement.
2. Open the backyard up: This home has a cheap fence cutting off part of the backyard. I would get rid of it and add grass, landscape the backyard and really improve the overall appearance of this backyard. Backyards are essential here in Orange County.
